SAS Transformation Consciente, represented by Badra Kribi, uses the data necessary to manage enquiries and deliver coaching. For any question or request about your data: contact@bybadra.com, or 36 rue Scheffer, 75116 Paris, France.

Names, contact details, age where relevant, and booking and payment information are used to respond to enquiries, organise sessions, perform the contract and handle invoicing. This processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request, performance of the contract and the company’s legal obligations. Where the beneficiary is a different person from the contracting Client, only the data necessary to organise the coaching is used, on the basis of a legitimate interest assessed against their rights.
Coaching notes are limited to the information useful for tracking objectives, topics discussed and agreed actions. Information needed to handle a complaint or to defend legal rights may be kept on the basis of the company’s legitimate interest. The Coach is not a therapist and does not record health data in their notes: if you mention your health in a session, that information is not written down.

Zoom sessions are not recorded. If a relaxation audio is offered, it contains only the Coach’s voice and may mention the Client’s first name, without their voice, image or other personal information. Its personalised production is subject to the Client’s separate authorisation. The audio is reserved for their personal use and is not publicly or promotionally distributed. You may decline without any effect on your access to coaching. You may withdraw your authorisation by writing to contact@bybadra.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The audio remains under your control once delivered. The rules below concern the copies kept by the Coach.

Tresorit is used to store files securely, with end-to-end encryption. Zoom is used for remote sessions, which are not recorded. Google Workspace is used for professional email, which in particular receives messages sent through the website’s contact form. Cal.com, an online appointment-booking service, is used to book an online call (name, email address, chosen time slot). Badra Kribi accesses the files as part of the coaching; technical service providers may process the data needed for their services to operate. Their security and data protection commitments apply to these operations.
Zoom, Google and Cal.com are providers established in the United States: the data they process may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider. Tresorit is a Swiss provider; Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, and files are stored in the European Union or Switzerland. You may request information about these safeguards at contact@bybadra.com.
Your data is not sold or disclosed for third parties’ own commercial purposes. Only the necessary information may be disclosed, with an appropriate legal basis, in particular to an adviser, an insurer, a mediator or an authorised authority. Situations discussed in supervision are anonymised; any identifiable sharing requires a specific legal basis. If a company funds the coaching, the notes and the content of the sessions are not passed on to it without a previously defined framework and an appropriate legal basis.
If contact with a relative or a health professional is necessary, you are informed beforehand where circumstances allow, subject to emergencies or legal obligations.

Data is kept only for as long as needed for its use.
Files and notes remain available during the coaching. After it ends, only the information necessary to comply with an obligation or to defend legal rights is archived, with restricted access, for five years from the end of the coaching, a period corresponding to the ordinary limitation period, and then deleted. Data that is no longer necessary is deleted.
Personalised audios are kept for the time needed to produce and deliver them and for the follow-up agreed with the Client. Keeping them beyond the coaching requires a defined purpose that is explained to the Client.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years from the close of the financial year concerned. Enquiries from prospects with no contract are kept for the time needed to handle them, unless separately justified. In the event of a dispute, only the relevant documents may be kept until it is settled and the applicable remedies have expired. When the time comes, data is deleted or anonymised according to the procedures of the media and services used.

Subject to legal conditions and the nature of the processing, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of, objection to or portability of your data. You may withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. Erasure may be limited by a legal obligation or by the need to defend rights.
Send your request to contact@bybadra.com. A reply is given, in principle, within one month; if the complexity or number of requests justifies an extension, you are informed within that first month. Proportionate identity verification may be requested if necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.
The information essential to the contract is necessary to organise the service; optional authorisations, in particular for the personalised audio, are separate and are not a condition of access to coaching. Having read this policy does not amount to general consent to all processing.

This policy is provided or made accessible before data is collected. It may be updated to reflect applicable practices and obligations; significant changes are brought to your attention where necessary. The website’s cookies and audience-measurement or advertising tools are not described in this policy, which concerns the coaching: they are covered in the “Cookies” section of the Legal Notice, available at www.bybadra.com.
